~~my secret garden~~: July 2009

The day before, I went to class with 33, as usual, after class we went to church. After church we went to pyramid to have our dinner with choong. While we were eating there, terence came over to join us, (and actually he wanted to tumpang at my house) supposing Jean was joining us, but the traffic was too jam and she was ~~VERY TIRED~~ (cos she went to lepak until 5am the nite before) so she decided not to join us. After we had our dinner, we met Ken and Jeff. Nothing else to do, the guys went for a smoke break while 33 and I were second hand smokers * bad for health =( * Ken was still have to work after meeting us. There been very long that I didn’t meet him, he is all the while busy even when he was unemployed (susah sangat nak ajak).

The next day, 19 July 2009, after jean and her bro came to fetch Terence and I, we went to 1U to have our breakfast. We had burger king as breakfast after breakfast we went to cinema to get ready to watch our long-waited Harry Potter, the Half Blood Prince. Before movie, for sure we took few pictures, few really mean few cause was only 4-5 pictures, which is very less for us (cause our nice, pro, beautiful photographer is in Melbourne). Another reason that we took pictures is to show “how SHORT Ivy is?” YES! I am the shortest, this is not because I am really short but the persons that I went out with are TOO TALL. So this is totally NOT my problem. Actually the day before I was struggling that should I wear heels on that day to shorten distant between they and I.

About Harry Potter, the Half Blood Prince, as usual, not up to expectation. Is this the norm that when a novel become a movie will always disappoint the readers? The answer is 98% YES. There are not much fighting scenes in the movie, but more kissing scenes, maybe all of them have grown up. Some parts of the story are not explained clearly, like why Snape calls himself as Half Blood Prince. This is because his mom’s surname is Prince and he is half blood, which means his father is a muggle, so he is Half Blood Prince. The funeral at the end of the book which made me cried is been cut!! So I didn’t cry when Dumbledore died. Hopefully the next movie will be better cause it will be split into 2 movies so they should have enough time to include all the story in the book into the movies.

After movie, we went to Carl’s Jr. to have lunch. Only Jean and Chin Fei (Jean’s bro) ate because Terence and I had whole burger for breakfast so we still felt full when Jean grave for Carl’s Jr.. Anyway, the burger is not as nice as the MidValley one. We had so much fun at Carl’s Jr., we were looking at a fat family, wondering how many burgers they will order, but they disappointed us. So we left and went for some window shopping. Around 5.00pm, we sent Chin Fei to Sunway to meet his friend and to go back to Kuantan. Gor gor… Sorry! I caused you left your bottle in the car.

Our next destination is Ikea, The Curve. When we reached there, ZY, Choong and Jeff also come to join us. After a while, Choong and Jeff went to fetch 33 back from work, pitiful 33, still have to work on Sunday. And we were accompany Jean to get 33’s belated birthday present at Ikano Power Centre and we were walking up and down at Ikano Power Centre to get the best one for 33. So the fact that we walked a lot is not important, because we love 33. (Sweet? Cos I haven’t got present for 33) after that, we tempted Jean to eat cupcake with us. Why we tempted her? Because the week before her weight was only ~~46kg~~ and she is 171cm, so we have to make sure she get some calories, fat to get back to her normal weight. The cupcake is not very nice but we like Terence’s cupcake, orange chocolate more. Then we went jalan-jalan, we saw the Maxis roadshow, Terence got a keychain for Jean by throwing the paper into the dustbin. Must to mention Terence is a good shooter, and Jean, of course a lousy one, because she can’t even get one into the dustbin.

After that ZY dumped us to go to seremban to meet his friend. So 3 of us headed to Ikea to have our dinner. I don’t understand why Ikea restaurant always has so many people? The food is nice? I think only some are nice, not all. Cheap? No. Why were we going? Because we didn’t eat at Ikea for very long time. After dinner, we split into 2 gangs again, cos 33 had to work the day after, I had to work too, but not as tiring as her. Then we jalan-jalan in Ikea for a while, this time, Jeff was following us. I only realized that Jeff is a virus carrier. When Terence walks near to him, he will become retarded and uncivilized. And when he walks away from Jeff, he will back to normal again. What a scary virus!! I bought something from Ikea, it’s all planned, and I didn’t buy anything that out of plan. Brilliant? Yes, I know I am brilliant!!
